Continuing our tradition of producing the Chicago Southside Maker Faire in publicly accessible spaces, we are happy to announce that our 6th Annual Southside Maker Faire will be hosted by the Woodson Regional Library at 9525 S Halsted! The Chicago Public Library shares our passion for highlighting our youth, seniors, and the entire community so this event should be awesome!

The Maker Faire will be held Saturday, September 15, 2018 from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Ths outdoor event will feature interactive projects from makers of all ages as well as some interactive experiences. Learn to make fun and practical items that you can keep, explore the use of fun maker tools, take part in a group art project, and discover the many ways YOU can make.

If you want to do more than just visit the Maker Faire, you can be a Maker too! Simply apply HERE and describe your interactive project or experience. Makers can be individuals or groups of any age, however, at least one adult must be present in the booth at all times.
